General admission tickets include access to the museum's galleries and nonticketed exhibitions. General admission does not include access to any ticketed exhibitions, which require separate tickets. We recommend purchasing tickets in advance to spend more time enjoying the museum. Tickets may also be purchased at our Admissions Desk on a first-come, first-served basis.

The general admission prices are suggested contribution amounts. By purchasing tickets online or at a kiosk, you agree to pay the full suggested amount. Visit our Admissions Desk to pay what you can. Tickets are nonrefundable, but can be exchanged once up to 72 hours prior to the ticket date with no fees by emailing tickets@brooklynmuseum.org with your name and newly desired date. Exchange is based on availability.
